Connection, vulnerability, and the emotional beauty of everyday motherhood.
That’s what my work celebrates, and it’s what I’m looking for the whole time we’re together. My photography is rooted in authentic emotion, so most of a session is really just making space for you to feel comfortable enough to forget I am there.
I've been caring for mothers of all types since I became an L&D nurse in 2015. I've helped delivery over 1,000 newborns (16 of them I did solo). I've celebrated the best and the worst moments we go through as women. That experience is why I love capturing motherhood.
So much of it passes quietly and then it’s gone. The way she fits against your shoulder right now. The way he still reaches for you first. I photograph it while it’s still true, in natural light, in places that mean something to your family.
When I became a mother in March of 2025, my desire to freeze those small moments became tenfold. I want to give you not just your children smiling at the camera. I want to give you a little piece of time. So that one day when, their not so little, you can take that piece out and be transported back to the feeling of those baby curls, cubby legs, and small hand wrapped around your finger.
